Projects Under Contract:

Cité de la Rénaissance -

Kinshasa, Republique Democratique du Congo (DRC). A master planned city, with the first phase of 10,000 single family and multi-family housing units, schools, hospital, sports complex, commercial enterprise zone, churches, mosques. Total contract in excess of $520 Million USD. Agreement with RIMMOKIN, a government/private sector agency set up to market and sell affordable housing developed by Nu-Tech. Total projected cost of building 100,000 housing units in excess of $5.8 Billion.

Mitendi City, DRC - Contract signed with Congo Development Company (CODEVE) with the initial construction of 1,878 homes on 700 hectares of land. Project under sponsorship and involvement by the First Lady, Mme. Olive Kabila. Initial contract is for $68 million.

King Kalinda, North Kivu, DRC – Agreement signed with His Majesty, King Gustav Kalinda Nnando, traditional ruler in North Kivu and Goma region, to design, develop and construct 5 different projects in Goma and North Kivu, on land controlled by the King and his company, with the total amount of construction amounting to $560 Million Dollars. DRC is a nation endowed with vast natural resources. King Kalinda controls vast mining operations and is the largest producer of cobalt ore in the region. The World Bank recently granted $1.5 Billion in credits to DRC for infrastructure and housing development.

Dar Es Saalam, Tanzania – A joint venture agreement was signed with Senator Kimba, Chairman of KIMBAR HOLDINGS LTD., to construct a Nu-Tech turn key factory in Dar Es Saalam. Kimbar Holdings agreement requires an investment of $10 Million for a 49% equity to build the factory in Dar Es Saalam as a subsidiary of Nu-Tech, USA.
