Nu-Tech is a manufacturer and in some instances, a builder of panelized homes which we manufacture at our factory and supply complete pre-fabricated homes to builders and developers in United States, Canada, Africa. Eastern Europe and Asia. Each panelized home is pre-engineered at the factory and then delivered to the project site for construction and final finishing. Nu-Tech pre-builds all of the exterior and interior modular panels in a controlled environment. The finished panels are then sent to the project site for final assembly. The finishing department at our factory utilizes a very sophisticated computer software which determines the framing and the finishing each panel requires, such as windows, doors, electrical wiring, plumbing, etc., all of which are engineered at the factory. Each panel is numbered for easy assembly at the project site. The completed homes is then packaged in one bundle, complete with floor, roof systems, doors and windows, roofing shingles. All wall panels are labeled and numbered and stacked in they are to be built on site. A panel layout set of plans are included with every house for easy installation instructions. All standard exterior walls are structural insulated fiber cement panels (SIP) and are 6” wide with a 5 ¼” honeycomb core, whereas interior panels are 4” insulated wall panels made with interior fiber cement panels and 3 ½” honeycomb core insulated with foam.

Once the shell of the home is completed, and the interior walls are installed, final finishing of the interior work is done such as connection of all the electrical outlets, plumbing, heating, flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances. Composite technology enables stronger and lighter weight parts to be cost effective against heavier but weaker building materials.

A 6-man Nu-Tech trained crew can erect and enclose the building in 1-day without any special equipment. Homeowners move into a stronger, safer, longer-lasting home with perfectly straight and plumb walls sealed against water leakage. Nu-Tech structural walls are termite proof, water proof, mold proof, earthquake resistant, withstands hurricane and tornado force winds in excess of 150 MPH (130 MPH destroys wood and concrete block construction.

Homes and commercial building structures built with our wall panels “Structuralcomb” incorporating advanced composite materials for exterior and interior walls, allowsmore accurate homes and commercial buildings to be built faster and at lower cost-of-construction. Nu-Tech walls are joined using stainless steel screws (8-times stronger than nailing), wall panels have insulation values up to R-39 and roof structure panels have insulation values up to R-52. Specifying exterior sheeting, windows, doors, electrical race ways, and insulation delivered in the panels enables builders to build more homes each year at significant cost savings.
